Thank you for shopping at Frick and Frecks, Inc. We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. We offer refunds within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, you you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.Eligibility for Refunds and ExchangesYour item must be unused and in the same condition as received.The item must be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We must also receive notification of damage within 2 days of delivery. Please send a photo of the damaged product and proof of purchase to frickandfrecks@gmail.com. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.ShippingA shipping label will be provided upon approval of refund.
